      New Home CommunitiesDallas/Ft. Worth

We currently build on the western side of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. The area includes Tarrant, Parker, Wise counties and we are growing every day.

Tarrant County is one of the top three most populous counties in Texas, with over 2 million residents. The largest city in the county is Fort Worth and it is also the county seat.  Fort Worth has long been known for its Cowboys and Culture. Fort Worth downtown was also named by Liviability.com as No. 1 in the U.S. and is home to Fort Worth Zoo, which also rates number 1 in the U.S.  You are guaranteed endless options for dining, shopping, festivals and more.  There are major league sports teams, live music venues and some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Tarrant county has 41 incorporated cities and towns within its borders that are home to some of the best school districts in Texas.

Parker County is located just 20 minutes west of Fort Worth and boasts a population of 129,802.  There are many young professionals and families that currently call Parker county home.  People come here for the quiet living and highly regarded school districts. Parker county covers 902 square miles of hilly land, where the elevations range from 700 to 1,200 feet.  Lakes Weatherford and Mineral Wells provide fantastic recreational activities.  Weatherford is the county seat for Parker county.  Currently there are over 150 retail stores and more than 100 restaurants in Weatherford to keep you entertained.  There are miles of trails to explore like the Lake Mineral Wells State Trailway which connect the communities of Mineral Wells and Weatherford.  Weatherford is one of the fastest growing cities in Texas. If you spend just a little time in Parker County you will see for yourself the reasons to call it home.

Wise County is in north Texas, forty miles south of the Oklahoma border and encompasses the northwest portion of Fort Worth.  The current population of Wise county is 64,639 but is expecting to double in the next 20 years.  The topography of Wise county consists of gently rolling hills and wide-open spaces to build your custom home on.  There are two lakes in Wise county, Lake Bridgeport and Eagle Mountain Lake, and numerous creeks and tributaries provide both a plentiful water supply and recreational activities.  In Wise County you will find the benefits of peaceful country living, yet only minutes to everything the DFW metroplex has to offer.

Every town is unique and growing and waiting for your forever home to be built there. If you are looking for a custom home, you came to the right place. You pick the area and we will take it from there.
